Pretty Seats want all our customers to be totally satisfied with the products provided and are committed to providing a high-quality service. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to maintain our excellent standards.

We are committed to maintaining an exceptional relationship with our customers and providing excellent products and a reliable and courteous service.

The seat covers and Table Decorations we provide are guaranteed to be free of any manufacturer’s defects. If such defects exist or goods have been damaged in transit you must notify Pretty Seats within 7 working days.

If you are unhappy with the service provided please call on 01277 625188 or email Dee Mathers at info@prettyseats.co.uk with full details of your complaint. We will then call you to discuss next steps. These will consist of a thorough investigation with all those concerned.

We will then notify you of the outcome of our investigations.
